There's a lot to admire here: the muted colors, focus on the landscape, how the tilted horizon works with the wide angle to draw the eye toward the blurred figure. Lots of attention (mis)direction here. Nice effect!

Super. Dig the clouds, and the way in some of your photos you don't keep things at 90 degree angles/parallel/perpendicular to the ground.

And here the woman is very much the center of the environment around her, not just the picture itself.
